What we don't collect
Every calculator on PoolDates runs entirely in your browser. Pool volumes, test
readings, ZIP codes, locations — none of it is sent to us or anyone else. Tools may
save your pool profile and location in your browser's localStorage so
results are remembered between visits; that data stays on your device and you can
clear it any time through your browser settings.
What we collect if you ask us to
If you subscribe to updates, we store the email address you enter, the time you subscribed, and the page you subscribed from. We use it only to send occasional notes about new tools, never share or sell it, and every email includes a way out. To be removed immediately, reply to any email or write to the address in it.
Hosting
PoolDates is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts at this time; if that changes, this page will change first.
Data sources
Season dates are built on public-domain NOAA U.S. Climate Normals. No personal data is involved in producing them.
